For an easy understanding of the terms and conditions of collaboration, we will refer to us as the Company .
- Our online trade service offers its users the opportunity to take possession of the displayed products. The purchase of products is based on the orders received through the website, email, or other options displayed on the website.
- When using the service, we will ask you for a series of personal data, such as your name and surname, email address, but also other personal information that allows you to be identified. By completing the procedure, you agree to provide true, correct information, current and complete information about you, as specified in the Personal Information section. In the event that we consider that this obligation is not respected, we reserve the right to cancel the order placed without any prior notification.
- Our service includes administrative and commercial communications that will be sent to you from the moment you decide to purchase our products.

How to make an order
- On the website: You can place an order by adding the products to the basket following the necessary steps to complete the order successfully.
- By email: You can contact us through the contact form to place an order, following that the communication will be done by email or other means of communication.
- egrav.ro does NOT take orders by phone. For the most part, egrav.ro offers customized products and in order not to register erroneous information, orders are not taken by phone.
- Bun de Tipar: once the personalized order is registered, you can request a preview of it so that if you notice an error in the order or in your personal data, you have the obligation to contact us immediately in order to rectify the error. If you have accepted the previewed model, you also accept the presented model, the price and the delivery conditions, and you are obliged to purchase the ordered product.
- In order to buy and take possession of the products offered for sale, it is necessary to go through the following steps:
- product identification and selection
- registration of personal data as a user of the site, and as the case may be, information regarding the requested personalization.
- In some cases, you will be asked to pay in advance (in advance) for the entire value of the order.
- By placing an electronic order, you agree to the form of communication (electronic or by e-mail) through which the site carries out its operations.
- We reserve the right to request full or partial payment in advance for certain orders.
- We have the right to refuse any order
When an order is refused, you will be notified by e-mail or telephone.

We may refuse an order if:
- we do not have the ordered product in stock
- your payment has not been completed in the case of payment by card or bank transfer
- there was an error related to the price or product description
- you are not eligible to place an order (you are under the legal age, you have placed orders in the past that you did not pick up, the personal data provided were not correct, etc.).
- The company considers any order completed when the package is handed over to the courier company.

Delivery: Unless a specific courier company is expressly requested, the company uses GLS services.
The company has no control and cannot be held responsible for delays, damages or even losses recorded during the delivery period. These problems are notified to the company that takes over the transport to the recipient of the order/product purchased.
The recipient has the obligation to immediately report a damaged product to the courier service and to complete a report in the presence of the courier who delivered the product and to take photos of the damaged product and the packaging in which it was delivered. If these steps have not been taken then it is considered that the product has been damaged by the customer and we will no longer accept returns or exchanges.

Typographical errors: The company does not assume responsibility if the characteristics, images, etc. of the product were wrongly entered in our databases or wrongly displayed, If the delivery has not yet been made, our company reserves the right to cancel the delivery of the respective product and to notify the customer as soon as possible about the error that occurred.

Presentation of the offer
The company reserves the right to operate at any time, any changes to the prices and technical data present on its website, without prior notice. The technical data present on the site are informative and do not represent a contractual obligation.

The photos on the website are informative and there may be differences between them and the product.

Taxes : The final price paid by the customer consists of the price of the product which includes VAT, and to which are added the transport costs.

Returning personalized products
According to the Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014 on consumer rights, the company reserves the right not to accept returns for customized products made according to the specifications presented by the consumer (if they do not have a manufacturing defect), according to Art. 16.

Returning non-personalized products
The consumer has the right to notify the merchant in writing that he is canceling the purchase, without penalties and without citing a reason, within 5 working days of receiving the product, or if you intend to exercise this right, you have the following obligations:
- to return the purchased product, in the original, undamaged packaging, at your expense.
- to return the purchased product in working condition, undamaged, in the condition in which it was delivered.

Return of damaged Products
The consumer has the obligation to immediately report a damaged product to the courier service and to complete a report in the presence of the courier who delivered the product and to take photos of the damaged product and the packaging in which it was delivered. The photos together with the minutes will be sent to vanzari@egrav.ro. If these steps have not been taken, then it is considered that the product has been damaged by the customer and no returns or exchanges will be accepted.

Reviews, comments, communications and other types of content
Users may post reviews, comments or other types of content; send suggestions, ideas, ask questions, propose articles or other types of materials, as long as their content is not illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, does not violate the right to privacy or the law regarding the protection of intellectual property; does not contain computer viruses, communications that incite hatred or intolerance on ethnic, religious, racial, sexual orientation grounds, collective messages or other forms of spam. In order to post reviews, comments, communications and other types of content, you cannot use false e-mail addresses or identities. The company reserves the right, but does not have the obligation to remove or edit all types of content posted by users and does not have the obligation to review this content periodically. With the posting of reviews, comments, communications and other types of content on egrav.ro, you transfer, except in cases where the company indicates otherwise, the intellectual property rights, in a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable way, over the posted materials. The company has the right to modify, reproduce, transmit, adapt, publish, distribute the materials posted by users, through any means of mass communication, from any country. By posting reviews, comments, communications and other types of content on egrav.ro, you give up the company's right to use your name in relation to the posted materials; guarantee that you own or otherwise control the intellectual property right over the materials you post; that the posted materials do not violate any of the posting conditions of reviews, comments, communications and other forms of content from users.
The company has the right, but not the obligation, to monitor, edit or delete any type of content or user activities on the site. It is not responsible and does not assume responsibility for any of the materials posted by other third parties on the site. The company has the right not to publish all comments and articles proposed by users.

Major force
The company cannot be held responsible for any delay or error resulting directly or indirectly from causes beyond its control. This exemption includes, but is not limited to: errors in the operation of the technical equipment, lack of internet connection, lack of telephone connections, computer viruses, operating errors, as well as cases of force majeure stipulated by the Romanian legislation in force.

Applicable legislation
The terms and conditions are subject to Romanian legislation. In case of litigation, an amicable solution will be tried first, within 30 working days from the registration of the complaint. If an agreement cannot be reached within the previously specified term, the disputes between the parties will be submitted to the competent courts within the Oradea municipality.
